CHS Volleyball Loses in Straight Sets at Columbia

volleyball5Facing their second tough district road match of the week, the Lady Raider volleyball team traveled to take on district leading Columbia on Tuesday.  The Lady Raiders dropped the 3 set match 22-25, 15-25 and 22-25 to see their district record fall to 2 and 2.  Diana Davis led Coffee County in kills with 10 and digs with 7.  Aerial Williams added 9 kills and Kaylee Skipper had 6.  Peyton Nicoll had 6 digs for the Lady Raiders while Makayla Morgan added 4.  Maddie Taylor led Coffee County in assists with 9 while Bailey Morgan added 5.

The Lady Raiders return home on Thursday as they welcome Franklin County to the Joe Frank Patch Memorial Gym.  First serve is set for 6:00 PM.
