Welcoming Columbia to the Raider Soccer Field on Tuesday night, the Coffee County Central High School soccer team was hosting their final district home game of the year.  After taking an early lead, the Red Raiders saw Columbia roar back with 3 goals in the 2nd half to stun Coffee County 3 to 1.

Coffee County got on the board first with a goal in the 33rd minute.  Briggs Haithcock was able to convert a penalty kick and the Red Raiders carried that 3 to 1 lead into the half.  Columbia evened the score early in the 2nd half with the tying goal in the 41st minute.  The Lions added goals in the 58th and 69th minutes to capture the district win.

The Red Raiders return to the pitch on Tuesday when they travel to Winchester to take on Franklin County.  That match will get underway at 7 PM.
