Flora “Will” Howland, age 90 of Manchester, Tennessee, passed away on August 29, 2015 at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.
She is survived by her children, Billy F. Maze, Johnny Lee Maze, Brenda Carlene Maze, Charles Eugene Howland, Jr., Eddie Dean Howland, Diane Howland Roberts and Regina Nechal Gilliland; and a host of other relatives and friends.
