First Annual Anti-Bullying March May 13th 2013
Please join us. MONDAY MAY 13th at 6:30pm at the Coffee County Administration Building 1343 McArthur St. in Manchester.
We are holding the First Annual Anti-Bully March in honor of Ms. Tiffany Davis.
The march will begin at the administration building and end in front of Coffee County Middle School where a candle light vigil will be held in honor of Tiffany.
You may bring posters and signs in support of anti-bullying. Signs CAN reference your thoughts and prayers for Tiffany.
Students and friends of Tiffany’s are ENCOURAGED to speak out at the vigil. This is your time to express your grief, sadness, and any other emotion you may be feeling. You MAY wear your purple ribbons. You may write on your wrists (as long as your parents say it is ok).

Area golfers are invited to play in the second annual Fore Man Scramble golf tourney on Saturday, June 22 at the Willowbrook Golf Course.
All proceeds go to the Manchester Kiwanis Club and the Manchester Old Timers Day.
Competition will be broken down to four-man teams.
The $75 fee ($45 fee for Willowbrook members) includes green fees, golf cart, lunch and a chance to win prizes. Included is a chance to hit a hole in one on the 27th and win a new car from John Roberts.
Tournament officials are also looking for sponsorships.
Rule sheet sponsors are $10, cart sponsors are $25, half sponsors are $50 and hole sponsorship is $100.

2013 Raider Scavenger Dash
When: May 18, 2013
Time: 8:00 – Race begins
11:00 – Drawings
Where: CHS Bus loading zone
What: Runners will leave the CHS bus loading zone as individuals or in teams of two. They will visit local businesses on a list provided to them and answer questions. The first 3 individuals and first 3 teams to finish will receive an award created by CHS students. There will be several prize drawings for all contestants beginning at 11:00. You DON’T want to miss this!!! All ages and abilities welcome!!!!
Cost:
$25.00 individual or $45.00 team until April12,2013
$30.00 individual or $55.00 team after April 12, 2013

The Hillsboro Methodist Women will have their annual bake sale on May 18 in front of the Manchester Walmart beginning at 8 a.m.
There will be homemade cakes, pies, cookies and other baked goods.
Proceeds will be used for purchasing school clothes for children in need at Hillsboro Elementary School and for other mission projects.
