Girls Slow-Pitch Softball Sign-Ups Saturday.  This is the last weekend– Feb. 23rd.

*Tiny Tots Coach is for Boys and Girle – Up to Age 6 — Age is age on January 1, 2013

We need Manangers, Coaches and Sponsors too.  If interested please come and sign up.

Entry fee will be $40.00 for one child,  $70.00 for two and $5.00 for each child after two.

We also have a Womens Upper Division.  If interested please call or come by and sign up.  Must be 18 or older to play in Womens Upper Division.

Sign-ups for Coffee County Soccer League’s Spring Season is now underway.

Registration forms are available at the Manchester Rec Center or come to the Ada Wright Center on Saturday between 9:00 – 1:00 to sign up in person.

Late fee applies beginning February 24.

Saturday, February 23rd

Serving fish, hush puppies, white beans, cole slaw, dessert and drink for $6.00 at 4:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.

Singing begins at 6:00 p.m. with The Sullivans,  The Singing Gospel,  Solomon’s Porch and The Mary Bean Singers.

Auction after the Singing.

All proceeds goes to J. W. Rogers from Manchester, Tennessee, thos is now battling Cancer.

Items are needed for the auction and can be brought to the event.

With the spring rains, come the spring  runoff.  The Gizzard Gulf takes a big hit and Ranger Jason needs your help with the cleanup!  Meet at the Grundy Forest parking lot with sturdy footwear, I’ll supply the bags and gloves.

Chapter 883 of the National Association for Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) will meet Tuesday, February 26th at noon at Emma’s Restaurant in Manchester, Tennessee.

The Guest Speaker is Dr. Thom Marcrom of Marcrom’s Pharmacy who will be discussing drug abuse.
