Mrs. Elizabeth Mae Harris Land, age 58 of Tullahoma, Tennessee passed away, Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at her residence.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, August 23, 2013 at 10 AM at the Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bobby Watkins officiating.
Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be Thursday, August 24 from 5 till 8 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home.
Mrs. Land, a native of Coffee County, was the daughter of the late M. R. and Sammie Ruth Pitts Harris.
She was a member of the Christian Lighthouse Church of Tullahoma. She was a homemaker who loved to play bingo and computer solitaire. She enjoyed fishing and camping and spending time with her grandkids and great granddaughter. She was also an animal lover.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Wayne Templeton; one daughter, Bobbie Call; and three brothers, Robert, Ronnie and Junior Harris
She is survived by her husband Bill Land of Tullahoma; one son, Wesley Templeton and his wife, Angela of Columbus, MS; one daughter, Ruth Ann Taylor and her husband, Josh of Tullahoma; three step-sons, Marty Land and his wife, Gale of Tullahoma, Gary Land and his wife, Jennifer of Normandy and Terry Land of Scottsboro, AL; two step-daughters, Katherine Brinkley and her husband, Jeremy of Mulberry and Theresa Matthews and her husband, Richard of Scottsboro, AL; two brothers, Donnie Harris and his wife, Lynn of Tullahoma and George Harris and his wife, Maxine of Shelbyville; three sisters, Martha Boswell and her husband, Hubert of Lynchburg, Frances Wright and her husband, Kenneth of Lynchburg and Kathy Womack and her husband, Dennis of Monteagle; nine grandchildren, Kaila Walls, Elizabeth, Victoria, Grace, Isabella and David Jr. Call, and Nicole, Jordan and Jasmine Templeton; one great granddaughter, Ashlyn Walls; nine step-grandchildren; special “Little” friend, Anna Grace Blackburn and many nieces, nephews and loving friends.
