Mr. Edward L. Sullivan, age 77, of Tullahoma, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma. Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 19 at 10 AM at the Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Eddy Canady officiating. Burial will follow at 1:30 PM at Wilson County Memorial Park Cemetery in Lebanon, Tennessee. Visitation with the family will be from 5 – 8 PM, Thursday, July 18 at the funeral home.
Mr. Sullivan, a native of Wilson County, was the son of the late Aubry and Jessie Burke Sullivan. He was a long distance Truck driver. He attended the Heritage Baptist Church in Tullahoma. He enjoyed motorcycle riding and was a Honda Gold Wing fan. He loved to play rook. He was a “People Person” who loved everyone.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Willard and James Russell Sullivan.
He is survived by one sister, Mary P. Herron of Lebanon, Tennessee; special friend and caregiver, Pattie Hicks of Tullahoma; nephew, Willard “Bubba” Sullivan and his wife, Judy of Louisiana; niece, Wanda Williams of Franklin, Tennessee and many friends and extended family members including, Sonya Vaughn and her husband, Ken and her family of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and John McClenney Jr. of Shelbyville, Elsie Holman and Clara Bohanon, both of Franklin County, Tennessee, Ray Holman and his wife, Kim of Cowan, Tennessee, Jerry Holman of Tullahoma and Paul Holman and his wife, Ina of Manchester, Tennessee.
