Three Michigan men were arrested last week after they were found to be in possession of counterfeit credit cards. Arrested were Tristin Deon Hamilton, 25, of Jackson, Michigan, Johnny Leland Bills Jr., 24, of Jackson, MI, and Larry Donil Conley, 22, of Southfield, MI. Bills and Conley are charged with criminal simulation and are being held under a bond of $50,000. Hamilton is charged with criminal simulation and being a fugitive from justice. His bond is $150,000. He is wanted in Michigan on charges of carjacking and robbery. The arrests came after complaints from Walmart about problems with counterfeit cards. When the men were arrested, officers found some 30 cards. Secret Service agent Darren Earl used a portable scanner and determined that most of the cards were counterfeit. All three men were booked into the Coffee County Jail and are scheduled to appear in general sessions court July 16. Stewart noted that the investigation into the counterfeit cards is continuing.
