The family will receive friends from 5 PM – 7PM, Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at Lynchburg Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held at 7:00 PM with Rev. James E. Smith and Rev. Merle Mead officiating.
A private family burial is planned.
A native of Moore County he was a son of the late Charles Buchanan and Dorothy Snell Boswell. He was a U S Army veteran and worked as a Maintenance Technician at Worth Sporting Goods in Tullahoma. He attended Tullahoma First Church of the Nazarene and enjoyed fishing and camping. He also enjoyed training mules for many years. His favorite pastime was teasing his family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step father, Charles W. Boswell; wife, Donie Kimbrough Buchanan; two sons, Charles L. “Bucky” Buchanan II and Clifton Justice and one grandson, Derek Justice.
He is survived by three sons, Johnny Kimbrough and his wife, Linda of Shelbyville, Cris Justice and his wife, Judy of Mississippi and Justin Justice and his wife, Judy of Florida; three brothers, William Boswell and his wife, Judy of Waverly, TN, Hubert Boswell and his wife, Martha of Lynchburg and Ronny Boswell and his wife, Lorrea of Tullahoma; four sisters, Mary D. Boswell of Tullahoma, Charlene Austin and her husband, Mike of Lynchburg, DoAnna Kelley and her husband, Robert of Lynchburg and Wanda Russell and her husband, Donald of Tullahoma; seven grandchildren, Dawn Henderson and her husband, Cory of Murfreesboro, Jared Kimbrough of Shelbyville, Nicky Starkey and her husband, Matthew of Ohio, Brandy Justice of Mississippi, Yvette Justice of Texas, Jessica Fermin and her husband, Frank of California and Justina Justice of Bell Buckle, TN; ten great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
In Lieu of Flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to the Moore County 4-H Program.
