Interment will follow at Hillsboro Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Sunday from 12:00 Noon until time of services at 2 PM. Mrs. Trimue passed away Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma.
She was born August 12, 1935 in Flint, Michigan the daughter of the late Clarence Smith and Florence McPhee Smith. Upon their retirement, Joyce and her husband moved to Manchester in 1985. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother who loved her family. Joyce enjoyed cooking for her family and she loved the holiday seasons she spent with them. One of her favorite pastimes was watching the longtime T.V. soap opera “The Young and The Restless”. She had a talent for all kinds of crafts, including painting, pottery and macrome`. She loved animals, especially dogs and Joyce also loved anything to do with frogs. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William Eugene Trimue, who passed away in 2000; a daughter, Debra Ann Walters and a brother, Rex Conrad.
Survivors include two children, Alan Eugene Trimue, Sr., of Saginaw, MI; a daughter, Tina Trimue of Hillsboro, TN; son-in-law, Roger Walters and wife, Anita of Fayetteville, TN; eight grandsons; Shannon Alan Walters; Alan E. Trimue Jr.; Jesse Alan Trimue; Richard William Trimue; Jasyn Michael Trimue; Ronald Trimue; Daniel Trimue; and Colin Blaine Neitzke; and fifteen great-grandchildren. Also surviving is her brother, Orville Conrad and wife, Virginia of Detroit, MI and a sister-in-law, Janice Conrad of Mayville, MI; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
