Community comes out to support a great cause

This past Saturday (March 16, 2013) Manchester Firemen held a fundraising event to help the family of fellow Manchester Fireman Joey Baumstein. Joey’s wife Terri is suffering from cancer and the family has to travel to Florida for her treatment. So a special pancake breakfast along with live music was held at the main fire hall to help the Baumstein’s defray some of the costs involved in the treatment and travel. The Manchester Fire and Rescue would like to thank all that attended and for the generous donations.
For those that have been requesting information in order to make a monetary donation to support Terri Crawford Baumstein: Make checks payable to Terri Baumstein, Cancer Fund. They may be sent to First National Bank in care of the Terri Baumstein Fund, 100 West High Street, Manchester TN 37355 or brought to either fire hall in Manchester.
