The U S Attorney’s office is reviewing a case of a Tullahoma mother allegedly forcing her young daughter to have sex for drugs. The federal prosecutor says that 33-year-old Kimberly Michelle Breeden of Silver Street who was charged with statutory rape, 2 counts of aggravated statutory rape and incest as well as contributing to the delinquency of a minor is probably going to face a federal grand jury as well as the men who had sex with the 15 year old. Tullahoma Police Lt. Jason Ferrell says that investigators from the department along with FBI Agent Richard Poff met with the US Attorney’s office to go over the evidence collected in the case, but no decision has been made to pursue the federal charges. Breeden is free on a $25,000 bond.. The two men accused of having sex with the girl remain in the Coffee County Jail. All 3 are due in circuit court April 17.
