Mrs. Bettye Faye Holt, age 81, of Tullahoma, passed away Friday at her residence.
She is a native of Athens, Alabama and is the daughter of the late Roy C. and Mary Sue Bailey Hargrove. In addition to her parents she is also
preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert W. Holt.
Mrs. Holt was a member of the Manchester Church of Christ and was retired from J.C. Penny’s where she was a Department Manager. She also enjoyed reading, cooking, spending time with family, grandchildren, great grandchildren and loved watching the Atlanta Braves.
She is survived by children, Becky & Dan Thompson, Gil Holt & Donnie Ballwick, grandchildren, Danny& Robin Thompson, Betsy &
Phillip Phillips, Josh & Kayla Bingham, Wil & Crystal Holt, Angel & Brent Wimberly, great grandchildren, Robbie Thompson, Aubyrne & Amethyst
Phillips, Steven Bingham, Sam & Joshua Wimberly, sisters, Evelyn Donise Richter, Mary Cecile Keenon, brother, Roy C. Hargrove Jr., many nieces and
nephews and a host of friends and special caregiver, Leigh Ann Wright.
Visitation with the family will be Sunday, from 5:00PM until 9:00PM at the Tullahoma Funeral Home.
Services will be conducted Monday at 10:00AM in the Tullahoma Funeral Home Chapel.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00PM, Monday, at Rose Lawn Cemetery in Athens, AL.
