Man Remains In Jail After School Threat

Reece Elliot the British man who is accused of making a threat on Facebook recently against Warren County High School in McMinnville has been denied bail for a second time and remains in custody in the U.K.
24 year old Elliot was in court again last week after his first request for bail was denied.
His next court hearing will be in March, and he will remain in jail until then.
Elliot was arrested Feb. 8 after the Facebook threat was traced back to his account. He allegedly threatened gun violence at a Warren County school. The threat prompted more than 2,900 students to be absent on Feb 7.
The case is expected to be prosecuted in the United Kingdom because the threat was made in that country.
Elliot could face up to ten years in prison if convicted.
