Investigation Continues Into Posible Child Abduction

Manchester Police investigators need your help in another case they are working. Police are looking into an incident of possible attempted child abduction. Kayla and Matt Riley of South Spring Street reported to police that their sons were walking to school when the older of the two remembered he had left an item he needed at home. While he returned home the younger of the two waited on him. While the younger boy was waiting, a gold car described as a Nissan Altima pulled up beside the boy. The woman then, according to the police report, told the boy that it was cold and asked if he want to get in her car. The boy told her no because his “dad told him that he can’t get in a car with anyone.” Sarah Roth who lives nearby stated that she saw the young boy and noticed the car pulled beside him and that after a while she heard the boy say no to the female driver. Roth then got into her vehicle and pulled in front of the other woman’s car. The driver of the Altima then quickly drove away. Police are looking for a gold Nissan Altima with tinted windows with no antenna. The driver was described as a white female between the ages of 25-35 with dirty blond shoulder length hair and weighed 130 to 140 pounds.
