2/12/13 — ARLINE BAILEY SWINER

ARLINE BAILEY SWINER, age 88, of the Winchester Springs Community of Franklin County, Tenn. Departed this life on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013 at the home of her daughter in Winchester following an extended illness.

Ms. Swiner was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Tullahoma.  When Ms. Swiner lived in Indiana she was the Restaurant  Manager for the Big Wheel Restaurant in Miller, Indiana.  Her most important job was being a homemaker.  Ms. Swiner was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, and grandmother.

Ms. Swiner was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Swiner, three brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by her daughters; Kathy (Jon) Kuss of Marengo, IN, AnnaLee Fletcher of Estill Springs, Faye (Bruce) Fredrick of Winchester, sisters; Wilma Hesketh of Tullahoma and Nora Mae Burkhalter of Winchester, Grandchildren; Christopher Walker of Indianapolis, Ind. , Michael Cates and Fiance’, Jessica Alkenburg of Winchester, Shelby Cates of Maryville Ind., Allison (Randall) Stephens of Decherd, and a great-grandson, Wyatt James Stephens.

Visitation for Ms. Swiner will be held from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Monday, Feb. 11, 2013 in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services.

Services are scheduled for 1:00 P.M.  Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013 at Grant Funeral Services with Bro. Randy Alexander, officiating.

Interment will follow in the Winchester Memorial Park to conclude with a dove release.
