A Manchester woman was one three people injured in a 2 car crash on Hwy 41A north of Estill Springs. According to Estill Springs Police Chief Allen Rhodes, around 3 p.m. Friday a Chevrolet Blazer operated by James Robert Crow, 66, of Nash Lane Estill Springs and a Nissan Maxima operated by Tyler Walls, 22, of Winchester collided near Stewart Lane in Estill Springs. Emergency crews spent some time working to free the occupants of the two vehicles and the traffic along Highway 41A had to be detoured around the crash site. Crow and passenger Michelle Howard, 39, of Nash Lane, Estill were treated and released from Southern Tennessee Medical Center in Winchester. A passenger Faye Shannon, 61, of Manchester was removed from the crash and was flown to Huntsville Hospital in Alabama for treatment of her injuries. Walls and passenger Kaila Walls, 20, of Winchester were not injured in the crash.
