A Tennessee Highway Patrol spokesperson said the crash occurred near the ramp and involved a FedEx truck and a personal vehicle. Bryan M. Delk, 41, of Columbia, TN, was unable to stop and rear ended a truck.
Coffee County received around 1-inch of snow making driving treacherous for a period of time. Most streets were clear by noon.
