Mr. Freddie Wayne Hassebrock age 68 of Layne’s Cove community near Pelham, Tennessee passed away Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at Alvin York V.A. Medical Center in Murfreesboro, TN.
He was preceded in death by his father, Fred. O. Hassebrock; sister, Loretto Edwards; nephew, Wade Edwards.
Freddie Wayne was a well known gun smith, he was a veteran of the Viet Nam War having served in the Army.
Survivors include his wife, Cathy Thomas Hassebrock; daughters, Amy Hershman of Monteagle and Teri (Nick) Morrow of Antioch, TN; grandchildren, Reagan and Haven Hershman; mother, Fermenda Hassebrock, Pelham; nephews, Greg Edwards and Dustin Nunley; sister and brother-in-law, Teresa and James Nunley.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Brother Barry Rhoads officiating.
Burial will full military honors will be in Summerfield Cemetery.
The family is receiving friends Wednesday 5-9 p.m. at the funeral home. Military honors are being provided by the Sequatchie Valley Honor Guard.
Cumberland Funeral Home of Monteagle is in charge of arrangements.
