Beatrice Brinkley, 91, of Shelbyville, passed this life on Saturday, January 26th, 2013 at her residence.
During her life, Ms. Brinkley was a homemaker and was a former member of Westside Pentecostal Church and Emmanuel Church of Christ.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Troy Leon Brinkley; one son and daughter-in-law, Milton and Hattie Heath; one son-in-law, Charles Parks; three sisters, Laura, Orlinda and Lillie Mae; two brothers, Jack and Russell; and one great-grandson, Michael Wesley Williams.
Ms. Brinkley is survived by one daughter, Carolyn Parks of Murfreesboro; two sons, Troy Brinkley of Symrna and Robert Brinkley and his wife Rita of Shelbyville; one sister, Margie Pruett of Romeoville, Illinois; grandchildren, Lisa Pryor, Kim Johnson, Kristi Trimble, Kelly Sipes, Brittany Parks, Michael Parks, Shelley Brinkley-Liles, Keith Brinkley, Cindy Williams, Willie Brinkley, Brandi Hill, Chad Brinkley, Chasity Perryman, Cameron Brinkley, Ciara Brinkley, Howard Heath, and Stephanie Brown; great grandchildren, Brenda, Colton, Tyler, Kaitlyn, Adalyn, Daniel, Christopher, Josh, Shannon, Shane, Briar, Allysia, Jessica, Cassidy, Logan, Brayden, Karter, Neelie, Austin, Landon, Haiden, Brianna and Hailey.
Visitation for Ms. Brinkley will be held on Monday, January 28th, 2013 from 4:00-9:00pm at Kilgore Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, January 29th, 2013 at 1:30pm in the Kilgore Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jay Pope officiating.
Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
