Mr. David Wayne Smith, age 58 of Tullahoma, Tennessee passed away, Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at his residence.
Graveside Services will be held Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 1:30 PM at Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home.
Mr. Smith was born January 21, 1955 in Blue Island, Illinois, the son of the late Paul Thomas Smith and Dorothy Melton Neese of Tullahoma.
As a young man, he enjoyed playing softball and later enjoyed watching the University of Tennessee and the Tennessee Titans football games and boxing matches.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Sharlotte Mathis Smith of Tullahoma; two daughters, Tabitha Cazzell and Evie Smith, both of Tullahoma; three grandchildren, Mark Aaron Steele, Brianna Sheree Cazzell and Robert Wayne Cazzell and one soon to be grandchild due in March.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions may be made to the memorial fund at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home.
