Mother and Two Others Charged With Statutory Rape Of Her Daughter

A Tullahoma woman has been arrested for allegedly forcing her young daughter to have sex with men in exchange for drugs, according to police reports.
Kimberly Breeden, 33, of Silver Street, has been arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated statutory rape, statutory rape and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. According to the police report, Breeden’s daughter was 13 and 14 years old at the time of the incidents.
According to Tullahoma Police Investigator Harry Conway, between May and December of 2011 Breeden allegedly forced her daughter to have sex multiple times with Breeden’s boyfriend, Alvin Overman, 39, also of Silver Street, in exchange for crack cocaine. He was charged with two counts of aggravated statutory rape, statutory rape and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The investigator also alleges that in addition, the mother also took part in the sexual encounters.
The investigator’s report also alleges that in 2012 Breeden forced her daughter to have sex with Thomas Hickerson, 59, of Dicks Street of Tullahoma, in exchange for crack cocaine. He was charged with two counts of aggravated statutory rape, statutory rape and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
According to the police report, Breeden often times provided crack cocaine and marijuana for her daughter to smoke as well as providing her with alcohol.
Investigators are continuing to investigate other allegations of sexual wrongdoings, and other charges are pending.
