Janice Marie Tucker, of Tullahoma, passed this life on Monday, January 21st, 2013 at Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma at the age of 65.
Mrs. Tucker was born in Manchester to the late Robert and Ora Alberta Brandon.
During her life, Mrs. Tucker worked as seamstress for Batesville Casket and was member of the church of Christ at Cedar Lane. She enjoyed making jewelry, loved crafts, and was a devoted grandmother to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Tucker is survived by her husband, Roger Tucker of Tullahoma; three daughters, Jennifer Johnson and husband Gary, Sheila Jones and husband Charlie and Melissa Hall and husband Clint all of Tullahoma; one step-daughter, Stephanie Phillips of Manchester; one step-son, Marty Scott and wife Bonnie of Tullahoma; one sister, Joyce Trail and husband Vergil; three brothers, Robert Brandon and wife Treva, Charles Brandon, and James Brandon and wife Virginia all of Manchester; twelve grandchildren, Machelle VanReenen! , Kristin Hunzicker, Brandon Johnson, Katie Jones, Scott Jones, Loren Hall, Shelby Hall, Logan Hall, Kelley Phillips, Shauna Phillips, Renee Scott, and Trey Scott; and two great grandchildren, Peyton VanReenan and Maddie Scott.
Visitation for Mrs. Tucker will be held Wednesday, January 23rd, 2013 from 5:00-9:00pm at Kilgore Funeral Home with the funeral service Thursday, January 24th, 2013 at the church of Christ at Cedar Lane at 1:00pm with Bro. Pat Allison and Bro. Steven Hovater officiating.
Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Literacy Council at 510 South Jackson Street, Tullahoma, TN 37388 or the church of Christ at Cedar Lane.
