Eddie K. Turner, age 70 of Manchester, Tennessee, passed away on January 11, 2013.
He was a retired Machinist with the Virginia Electric & Power Company and was
a United States Army Veteran.
Eddie was born in Hillsboro, TN to his
parents, the late Edison Turner and Violet May Love Turner.
He was also preceded in death by his
sister, Vickie Clay. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and
enjoyed studying history and was interested in restoring old cars.
Eddie is survived by
three sisters,
Sue Williams (James) of East Lansing, MI,
Carolyn Nessen (Leroy) of Nashville, TN and
Judy Crosslin (Bob) of Bell Buckle, TN;
one brother,
Dennis Turner (Barbara) of St. Leonard, Maryland; and
a host of friends.
VISITATION will be on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
The FUNERAL SERVICE will follow at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Central Funeral Home
with Elder Chris Anderson officiating.
BURIAL will be at the Hillsboro United Methodist Church Cemetery.
