Charles Daniel Marston
18-year-old Franklin County High School student Charles Daniel Marston of Decherd was arrested Tuesday after allegedly entering two Franklin County Schools. (Decherd Elementary School and North Middle School) According to officials, he had told individuals that he would be named the next SRO Officer. After Marston returned to the high school, Resource Officers searched his vehicle and found an air BB gun. Franklin County investigators said Marston went to another school a few days earlier, signed in as a visitor and went to a pep rally he wasn’t supposed to attend. Marston was booked in the Franklin County Jail and charged with criminal impersonation. The investigation continues.
