In the boy’s game, Coffee County waged a 32 minute battle with Cumberland County before falling to the Jets 60 to 58. Coffee County led by 1 as they entered the 4th quarter but Cumberland County opened the final frame on a 10 to 2 run and held off a late Raider rally at the end. Coffee County was led in scoring by Lance Crismond who netted 20 points while Lucas Crismond added 15 points and Addison Carter scored 14 as Addison was named the Gateway Tire and Service Center player of the game. The loss dropped Coffee to 7 and 11 on the year and their District 6AAA record to 0 and 2.
The Raiders will be back in action on Tuesday as Cookeville will visit “The Patch.” Game time is scheduled for 6 PM with the pregame show beginning at 5:50 here on Thunder Radio.
