The Westwood Middle boys finished the season strong with a victory over MTCS 55-42, avenging a loss earlier in the season. The Rockets were led by 8th grader Stephen Sullivan who had 18 points in the first half and ended with a game and career high 28points for the game.
Head Coach Will Pannell said, “I am very proud of the way the boys played and I am so happy for them to get this win.” The 8th graders stepped up in their final home game and led the way. I am also proud of the way some of the younger guys stepped up.
Up next for Westwood is the DRVC tournament.
