Ranger Falls Hike
Join Ranger Katie on a difficult hike to see the disappearing Ranger Falls. Expect to hike 3.2 miles down through the Stone Door and across a river. Bring sturdy shoes and plenty of water. Meet at the Stone Door Ranger Station.
Hiking through History
The coke ovens formed an important and interesting period of history for the area and are always a treat to visit; Join Park at the Grundy Lakes parking area for an easy 1.3 mile hike around the lakes to enjoy the scenery and to learn the history of the ovens. Wear sturdy shoes and bring water.
Blue Hole Falls Hike/Swim
Looking for an easy outing with a great swim afterwards? Join Ranger Park at the Grundy Forest Pavilion for an easy hike to the Blue Hole Falls on the Fiery Gizzard for a refreshing swim. Bring swim clothes and water.
Laurel Falls Trail Work
Meet at the Stone Door ranger station for a short hike to see the Laurel Falls as we collect litter and do trail maintenance along the way. Wear sturdy shoes and bring water.
