Multi-County Cancer Support Network is holding their 19th annual Walk-A-Thon on Friday, September 14th, 2012 at 6pm until midnight.
It will be held in Winchester, TN at the football stadium on Dinah Shore Blvd beside the Franklin County Annex Bldg.
MCCSN supports cancer victims and their families in an eight county area in middle Tennessee, including Bedford, Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, Lincoln, Marion, Moore & Warren Counties. MCCSN provides financial, educational, and emotional support to those affected by cancer, and all of the money raised by and donated to MCCSN stays within those eight counties.
There is still time to form teams of walkers, as well as to purchase luminary candles in memory of or in honor of those affected by cancer.
Contact the Office Manager, Dottie Darnell, at 931-393-4443 to create your team, to purchase luminary candles, or for more information about the Walk-A-Thon.
At the Walk-A-Thon there will be live music and speakers, delicious food and desserts, a quilt raffle, a silent auction, a kid’s zone, and much more.
All proceeds will stay in the local eight county area to benefit local families affected by cancer.
Again, the football stadium on Dinah Shore Blvd beside the Franklin County annex Bldg is the place, and Friday, September 14th from 6pm until midnight is the time for the 19th annual Multi-County Cancer Support Network Walk-A-Thon.
The Multi-County Cancer Support Network wants to say a big Thank You to our supporters, and we hope to see everyone at the Walk-A-Thon to show their continued support for this great cause!
