Abused and neglected children of Coffee County are the beneficiaries of a December 8th fundraiser hosted by WillowBrook Golf Club, Boskey’s Grille, and Marcrom’s Pharmacy.

Runners and walkers will be interested in the 2nd  Annual Santa Sleigh 5K, which will take place on the cart paths at WillowBrook beginning at 8:30 a.m.

A pancake breakfast will begin at 9 a.m.  at Boskey’s Grille, then the Long John Open, a golf tournament, will begin with a shot gun start at 10:30 a.m.

All proceeds from these events will go to the Coffee County Children’s Advocacy Center and Coffee County Cares 4 Families.

“We are excited to partner with WillowBrook and Boskey’s to sponsor this fun day and encourage everyone to come out on the 8th and support two very worthwhile causes,” said Joe McKamey, General Manager at Marcrom’s Pharmacy.   “I think everyone who attended last year will agree it was a lot of fun.”
